What is Collectrio?

By Bernie · Published 2026-10-06 · Updated 2026-10-14

Collectrio is an unofficial fan ranking tool with two separate products: Cards (Sleeve / Swap / Store) and GO (Train / Trade / Transfer). People rank three names; Collectrio turns those comparisons into a public relative number. It is not a card shop, not a marketplace, and not a price guide.

Collectrio is two products one siteCollectrioCardsSleeve / Swap / StoreGOTrain / Trade / Transfer
One site, two products: Cards uses Sleeve / Swap / Store; GO uses Train / Trade / Transfer.

What it is

On Cards, the vote surface is Collectrio Cards — rank three cards with Sleeve, Swap, and Store at /. On GO, the matching product uses Train, Trade, and Transfer. Crowd rankings live at /cards/rankings and /go/rankings and stay visible as crowd order for the active lens. The boards never mix catalogs or Elo pools.

Each product also has a calculator that packages the same crowd ranks into sides with modifiers — still relative scores, not dollars. The public Collectrio number is an Elo-style band from forced trios. Short definition: /guides/what-is-the-collectrio-number.

Format lenses keep the question honest. Cards uses Binder, Playable, and Value. GO uses Dex, Raids, and Trade bait. A lens rebuilds who belongs on the board; it is not a cosmetic filter. Practical tour: /guides/how-lenses-work. Project framing and who runs the site: /about.

What a session looks like

You open one product. You pick a lens that matches the decision you are actually making. You assign three different verbs to three names and submit. That one trio unlocks the rest of that board for your session — no account. Unlock does not cross products: Cards unlock does not open GO.

After unlock you can browse tiers, seven-day trend, and the relative value column, then sanity-check a package on /cards/calculator or /go/calculator. Share links keep quantity and modifiers so a partner sees the same shape. How unlock and boards work in plain language: /how-rankings-work.

If the board is still locked on a device, you are looking at a short preview so the table shape is visible. Submit a real trio instead of asking support for a manual unlock — there is no login to reset.

What it is not

Collectrio does not sell cards, clear trades, or publish sale quotes. Dollar price guides and marketplaces answer currency questions; Collectrio answers relative keep-or-move order on a lens. When to use each: /guides/collectrio-vs-price-guides.

Collectrio does not show official Pokémon art, card scans, or GO sprites. Marks are abstract proxies — letter tiles plus set/number or dex text — so the boards stay comparison-native. Stance on dollars: /guides/why-not-a-price-list. Legal boundaries: /terms.

Collectrio is not an appraisal service, grading desk, or insurance oracle. Crowdsourced relative scores can be thin, noisy, or wrong for your binder, your region, and your night of the week. That is why you rank a trio yourself.

Two boards, two verb sets

Cards verbs are Sleeve (keep priority), Swap (fair move), and Store (free the slot). GO verbs are Train (invest), Trade (fair move), and Transfer (box cleanup). Do not rename those buttons to other hobbies’ three-way slang — the live product verbs are the ones on the UI.

A Cards name cannot beat a GO name here because they never share a trio. If you personally barter across hobbies, keep that ratio in your own notes. Collectrio methodology stays per product: /guides/two-boards-never-mix.

Verb deep-dives: /guides/sleeve-swap-store and /guides/train-trade-transfer. Chase ladder thinking on Cards: /guides/cards-chase-ladder. Special-trade friction on GO: /guides/go-special-trade-tax.

How to start without drowning

New on Cards: skim /guides/starter-cards-binder, unlock on Binder with one honest trio, then open /cards/rankings and learn Elite through Fringe before you package. New on GO: /guides/starter-go-dex, unlock on Dex, then peek Trade bait only when a real friend deal exists.

Short answers sit on /faq. Term definitions live on /glossary. Board column literacy — tiers, Off board, trend, value — lives on /guides/reading-the-board. Elo recipe details (including the public band and seven-day trend) live on /methodology — this guide does not invent those numbers.

If you only needed a one-line answer for a Discord pin, reuse the lede of this page. If you need project context, rights, or contact paths, use /about and /contact instead of stretching this guide into an About page.

  • Rank three names with the live product verbs.
  • Unlock only unlocks that product’s board for the session.
  • Read the board before you treat a number as a package order.
  • Use marketplaces when you need currency; use Collectrio for relative order.

FAQ

Is Collectrio free to use? Yes — there are no accounts and no paid unlock. Optional advertising, when configured, is described on /privacy and does not change ranking math.

Can I compare a chase SIR to a shiny legendary? Not inside Collectrio. Those names never share a board. Barter off-site if you must; do not invent a cross-board Collectrio bridge.

Is Collectrio a shop or marketplace?

No. It is an unofficial ranking tool. It does not sell cards, clear trades, or host listings. See /about and /terms.

Where do the numbers come from?

Forced Sleeve / Swap / Store or Train / Trade / Transfer trios update Elo. Public scores are relative crowd ratings — the public band and recipe are on /methodology, with a short definition on /guides/what-is-the-collectrio-number.

Do I need to vote before I can see rankings?

No. Rankings boards show crowd order for the active lens without a seed-row gate. Submit a trio when you want to contribute comparisons; the calculator picker on this device may still ask for a local trio. Details: /how-rankings-work.
