Board — number, tiers, and trend
How to read the board: the number, tiers, and trend. Relative crowd Elo for one product and one lens — not a marketplace ticker and not dollars.
The Collectrio number
The public number is an Elo-style crowd score from forced trios — Sleeve / Swap / Store on Cards or Train / Trade / Transfer on GO — clamped to the 1000–9999 band on /methodology. Higher means stronger relative priority on that lens’s peer set, not a sale quote.
Value and Trade bait are still comparison lenses. Off board means the name is in the catalog but not on the served board for this lens — switch lens or accept personal intuition for that comparable set.
Tiers are cliffs, not letter grades
After ratings sort, Collectrio starts a new tier when the gap to the next name clears the cliff size on /methodology. Labels walk Elite → High → Core → Depth → Fringe. Elite is the top cluster on this lens, not a grading stamp; Fringe is lower conviction on this set, not an insult.
A name can sit Elite on Binder and Core on Value the same hour — that is a lens conflict, not a bug. Read /help/lenses before averaging two boards into one fake answer.
Trend and two boards
Trend is this board’s public number now minus the same number from rankings older than seven days. If nobody ranked that name this week, trend is 0. Most bumps are small-sample noise — confirm on a second lens before irreversible Swap, Trade, or Transfer moves.
Cards live at /cards with Sleeve / Swap / Store. GO lives at /go with Train / Trade / Transfer. They never share a trio, catalog, ranking, or calculator. Cross-game “fairness” is barter, not Collectrio Elo. Conviction, liquidity, nostalgia, and utility are judgment frames for reading a row — they are not a second score. Recipe: /methodology.
